We helped early with the design process and contributed to many smart design features being adopted.

Structural steel and metal works to the south, east and western sides of the existing building as well as a architectural entrance feature.

Structural steel for the Bastion wing, including demolition beams skylight frames, two stair flights and support steel for new suspended slabs etc.

The scope of the job included Structural Steel and Metal Works packages for a Visitor Information Centre and two workshops at Rocky River in the Flinders Chase National Park on Kangaroo Island.

We were able to use the engineers 3D drawings to fast track the shop drawings by synchronising the two programs, thus a lot of information was able to be transferred to the steel detailing software.

Manufacture of over 500m of heavy duty crash rail/balustrade.

The unusual design of this building meant that the accuracy of the structural steel frame had to be within very tight tolerances.
