The Role

As a Project Administration, you will be the backbone of our Project Team — ensuring compliance, reporting, and communication flows seamlessly across projects.

You’ll take ownership of administrative functions so our Project Managers can focus on strategic priorities. Working ahead, staying organised, and keeping the team on track will be second nature to you.

For someone who is ambitious and eager to grow, this role provides hands-on exposure to project delivery, systems, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and commercial processes — building strong foundations for a future transition into Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Compliance Support: Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements to ensure projects meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Team Coordination & Communication: Keep the Project Team organised, on schedule, and aligned through proactive follow-up and structured processes.
  • Systems & Process Management: Follow and improve established systems and procedures to ensure seamless workflow and continuous improvement.
  • Administrative Ownership: Provide high-level administrative support across projects, developing strong understanding of project lifecycles and delivery frameworks.
