My name is Malachi Swaalf and I started my Metal Fabrication apprenticeship at the beginning of 2023 as a first year apprentice. In 2025 I was awarded the role of Apprentice Representative because I have a passion for helping apprentices grow and develop important skills to become quality tradespeople. I am excited to help shape the future of Bowhill Engineering’s workforce and provide the support in which all apprentices deserve. I love the diversity within the team at Boweng and the culture is second to none.

Outside of work you can find me 4wding, working on cars, or playing guitar.
