Dylans story is a great collaboration between Energy Education Australia Inc, his passionate Mentor, Peter Sawley & Bowhill Engineering. With a mission to energise youth to succeed, Peter brought Dylan out to visit Boweng to investigate work opportunities in our local regional Murraylands area, following their visit and after applying for a work experience opportunity in our Surface Treatment Facility, Dylan started with Boweng in 2020. Learning the basics, moving into abrasive blasting and then spray painting, Dylan through the initiative of Bowhill Engineering approaching South West TAFE to return to SA to deliver Certificate III in Surface Preparation & Coating, started a Traineeship in 2021.
Dylan has grown his surface treatment skills & quality & is highly valued for his spray painting skills, we see a bright career and future growth for Dylan with Bowhill Engineering that we are committed to developing through our very own Boweng structured surface treatment training program and upskill opportunities. We’re incredibly proud of this young man and the part we have played in his growth.
