In 2025, Noah joined Bowhill Engineering for work experience while completing Certificate II in Engineering during Year 11 at school, he was keen to build his skills and gain real workshop experience.

Noah chose Bowhill Engineering because he saw it as a great opportunity to learn new things and further develop his knowledge in the metal fabrication industry. During his work experience, he showed strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn asking all the right questions — quickly proving he was a great fit for the team. He was always keen to get going, even before work time had even started!

Following successful work experience, Noah was offered an apprenticeship and officially began his career with us in November 2025.

Outside of work, Noah plays local footy and basketball, enjoys spending time at the river in summer, and is a passionate Hawthorn supporter.
We’re proud to support Noah as he grows his skills and builds his future in engineering.
