Having not completed an Apprenticeship when I was younger, starting an Apprenticeship at 27 showed me the gold in how having a Trade Qualification within your skillset can do help to drive your career, economic stability for your family and your own personal fulfillment, I’m grateful for the opportunities I have been given at Bowhill Engineering. I’m passionate about our people and especially about our Apprentices, I enjoy watching them learn and grow as tradespeople & gaining their own trade qualification is hugely satisfying that I play a part in this.
