Bowhill Engineering is entering an exciting new stage of growth, and we’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Business Manager to help lead the business through its next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role within a growing engineering and manufacturing business, helping strengthen our systems, support our people, and build the structure required to successfully grow from approximately 60 employees to 90+ and beyond. Specialising in major infrastructure projects and complexity done excellently, Bowhill Engineering is powered by technology and driven by great people to optimise and build structures that matter.
About the Role
The Business Manager will provide leadership, coordination and accountability across our key business support functions, including Human Resources, Administration, WHSE and Finance.
Working closely with the CEO, senior leaders and support teams, you will become the central point of coordination that helps ensure communication is clear, priorities are aligned, systems continue to improve, and important initiatives are delivered successfully.
This role is not about doing everything yourself. It is about leading people, strengthening accountability, improving processes, supporting teams and ensuring the business operates efficiently while maintaining the practical, down-to-earth culture that makes Bowhill Engineering a great place to work.
You will help create the systems, structure and leadership pathways needed to support sustainable growth while preserving the values and culture that have made Bowhill Engineering successful.
