Adrian Fahey

Group Managing Director, SAGE Group

Adrian Fahey is the Group Managing Director of SAGE Group, including SAGE Automation, Nukon, Embedded Expertise and Skills Lab.

Adrian is responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan for the business and as Group Managing Director, has led the growth of SAGE from $44 million to $216 million, from 1 to 15 offices across Australia and India, acquired 5 businesses and leads a high performance team of more than 700 people.

Adrian holds multiple board and advisory roles with the Australian Industry Group (Ai Group), including their National Executive Advisory Council, Vice President of the SA Branch Advisory Council, and their Centre for Education & Training.

Adrian embraces lifelong learning and previously completed the Owner President Program at Harvard Business School.

Adrian believes that the role of SAGE in this time of industrial digitalisation is to create a Smarter Future and a Better World.

Adrian’s history with SAGE spans over 26 years, during which time he has been instrumental in the growth of the business from a South Australian business, to a national and now a global business. Adrian has led the SAGE Group’s transformation strategy to now span the services of industrial automation, digitisation and data analytics, resource management and skills development. Adrian holds multiple Board and Council positions in industry, both domestically and internationally.
