You’ll be cooperative, flexible, and happy in your approach to work and
bring a little fun to our team. You’re efficient and we love it, like to set and achieve goals and are confident in your Microsoft office skills to aid our greater team in clerical support – HR, Admin/Accounts, Projects, Quality & Production.
With the ability to work independently, you enjoy being challenged, are adaptable to work priority requirements and keen to grow & learn. You work methodically to procedures being self-motivated and organized. Your
strong work ethic with attention to detail will produce high quality outcomes.
Working as a team of two in our front office Reception, you’ll be welcoming and promote a positive and memorable first impression of those visiting Bowhill Engineering.
Key tasks with training support on commencement:
- Timecard finalization daily
- Calendar & appointment management
- Staff Recognition & Employee Wellbeing assistance
- General reception and administrative duties
- Assist with training, onboard/offboard, marketing.
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Business Administration experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Desirable Personal Attributes: - Ability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent time management
