Bowhill Engineering is growing, and we’re looking for capable, organised and proactive people to join our team to support Admin, HR & WHSE.

You may come from an Administration background, have experience in Human Resources, be passionate about Workplace Health & Safety, or bring a combination of all three. What matters most is your ability to keep things organised, support our people, and help our business operate efficiently.

About the Role

In any of these roles, you’ll become an important part of our team, providing administrative and operational support across a range of business functions.

Depending on your experience and interests, your responsibilities may include:

Administration Support 

  • Reception and general office administration 
  • Calendar and appointment coordination 
  • Document preparation and record management 
  • Support the business wholistically with administration requirements 
  • Plan, prep and coordinate employee & visitor engagement activities & events 

Human Resources Support

  • Payroll processing assistance and backup  
  • Recruitment and onboarding coordination 
  • Employee records administration 
  • Performance appraisal coordination 
  • Employee recognition and wellbeing initiatives 

What You’ll Bring

WHSE Support 

  • Maintaining safety and compliance records 
  • Coordinating training and inductions 
  • Supporting audits, inspections and corrective actions 
  • Assisting with incident reporting and investigations 
  • Return-to-work and rehabilitation administration 

Full training and support will be provided, and the roles can evolve based on the successful candidate’s strengths and career aspirations.

EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE VALUABLE

Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake further training will be highly regarded.
