We’re committed to developing the next generation through our boilermaker apprenticeship and metal fabrication apprenticeship programmes, supporting engineering apprentice pathways and traineeship in business administration opportunities.
Our team members average 5+ years of tenure. We’ve worked with over 40 apprentices & trainees who have completed their certificates and are now fully qualified, contributing as metal fabricators, fabricator welders, boilermaker welders, and skilled tradespeople across our operations.
