Justin Mclean

I’m passionate about my projects and love what I do. With a background in shipbuilding, construction, and mining, I bring both hands-on trade knowledge and project management experience to Boweng. Over the past year, I’ve contributed to some of Australia’s leading infrastructure and bridge projects, bringing the same drive and commitment to every job, big or small.

What makes this role so rewarding is the Boweng culture. We do what we say, we get things done together, and we work smarter to help our clients win. Being part of a team that shares those values and takes pride in every build pushes me to deliver my best every day.

Outside of work, I love being on the river skiing, exploring off-road in my 4WD, and camping with my family.
