Permanent Position available after 6 months probation

A newly created position to help support Leadership with a WHSE Focus, along with ownership & management of our Maintenance Register, Servicing Schedule & Consumables Ordering.

OUR WORK

We are looking for someone to focus on the “real & hands on” monitoring of safety.

We have an extensive certified ISO:45001:2018 system that requires a practical approach to support, mentor, review & upskill existing staff with a safety bias.
Mini Toolbox meetings, training checklists, buddy inductions, contractor reviews & chairing our Hazard Committee meetings, would be some of the roles undertaken. We aren’t after a big brother audit focus, but someone who can help us all be better and protect our mates.

The role also oversees the collaboration, prioritisation and implementation of our Servicing & Maintenance schedules. With extensive administrative support there is enormous opportunity to systemise & make seamless consumables ordering, goods inwards compliance and getting our systems to run preventative, ahead of schedule.

There’s also room to get your hands dirty, in supporting our Servicing & Maintenance schedule to suit your strengths and outsource/delegate tasks where required.
