Summary: This job necessitated the manufacture of 5 pedestrian bridges consisting of 10 girders in total, each approx 25m long. The PUR5 coating system is a very high end and tricky system to apply. During this project we had our own project coordinator trained to a CIP level 1 NACE standard to be able to carry out the inspection in-house. This allows us the ability to excute the inspection task with seemless colaboration with the production phases. Project was delivered on time and budget to the clients complete satisfaction inclusive of all QA documentation aligned meticulously and thoroughly to the DPTI specification.
