Tom joined Bowhill Engineering in March 2018 at age 28 as our Material Handler, within less than a year Tom had moved into an Adult Metal Fabrication Apprenticeship with Bowhill Engineering and completed his Cert III Engineering (Fabrication) receiving his Trade Qualification in 2022.
With the growth of our Apprentice Team, Tom became an Apprentice Team Leader in 2022 and as our our Apprentice Leadership Team grew, Tom has moved into the Apprentice Representative role fostering our Stage 1 & 2 Apprentices and he is great at this!
Tom’s enthusiasm in building our Metal Fabrication Apprentices to be the best they can be is truly inspiring, Tom is such a positive, caring & passionate role model and shows pride in the role he plays in building our best employees through our Apprenticeship program.
