With 30 years experience in the Protective Coatings Industry in Western Australia, now in SA, my role at Bowhill as STF Manager is to ensure quality, process and staff skill improvement within the Surface Treatment Facility.

Qualified as a NACE 2 Coating Inspector, I have worked previously in most areas of the industry, Oil and Gas,  Mining equipment rebuilds, tank coatings for gold plants, Commercial building- high end finishes as well as structural steel and Drilling equipment rebuilds.

I have previously set up and run a new build road transport paint facility, which is coming in handy with our current refurbishment programme!

We have the bones of a great facility-with current improvements to really ramp up our capabilities at the end of 2026.

We will be looking to expand our offering into more work for outside vendors as well as our own manufactured items.

Upskilling our team is also a major part of what we are setting out to achieve currently- Bowhill are very strong in this space.
