His broad exposure to global operations, combined with a strong technical and trade foundation, has established him as a trusted leader in maintenance and reliability management.

I holds a Diploma of Mechanical Engineering and has undertaken further professional development in asset management. He is also a trade-qualified boilermaker and coded welder, bringing valuable hands-on expertise in fabrication, maintenance, and equipment performance.

Proven track record of improving site performance by transitioning operations from reactive to planned maintenance systems, supported by a strong understanding of asset management frameworks and reliability strategies. Anthony has held senior leadership roles with responsibility for shutdown execution, maintenance planning, and reliability improvement, successfully delivering complex projects including major shutdowns and refurbishments.
Known for his practical leadership style and strong communication skills, Anthony effectively manages teams and contractors to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes in demanding environments. Outside of work, I am actively involved in water skiing, competing at a national level in both show ski and barefoot divisions. Having been involved in the sport from a young age, I also enjoys Australian Rules football.
