We have an exciting strategic plan, it’s been well thought out and is very much in motion.

For us to reach a $40m turnover and have a workforce of 140 people in the next 8-9 years we need to adapt and adjust our structure along the way so that we can keep improving our culture, sustain a healthy work life balance and reach peak performance. Without these important pieces in place, it’s all a pipe dream or a house of cards waiting to fall down.

This situation creates a wonderful environment for everyone here, especially should you want to grow, improve and perform at a high level.

As such, we are working hard to create a structure that can support the next stage of growth An example is the production team, some motivated individuals have been stepping up and helping to form real depth in our leadership effectiveness.

With guidance and support from our board chairman Kristian and using Tom’s recent Operations Manager role change as a catalyst for change, it’s created some amazing opportunities which I’m excited about from many angles. It might be a significant change, but the transition is well in motion and has been embraced by everyone involved.

With change, wonderful opportunities for us to drive performance as a collaborative and high performing team become available. That’s why growth for a business is so important!

As always, it’s important for us to remember that together we thrive, and that none of us are as smart as all of us, this approach will support the successful transition and overcoming of any challenge.

We are making a difference, everyone that sees what we’re doing can’t help but be impressed, the level of talent throughout this team is phenomenal and the opportunities for career growth are just as much if not more than anywhere, yet we are blessed to enjoy living and working in our regional location, how cool, how refreshing!

Bowhill Social Club – The Why!

  • Our Social club has been around since 2002, it’s our 21st anniversary this year. It always been about giving members a sense of belonging to the tribe, to boost enjoyment amongst all staff and ultimately to improve our daily experience at work. Over the 21 years we’ve had some amazing fun, some incredible events and can draw on many wonderful stories and memories.
  • We are trying to ensure that it not only promotes team building but provides real opportunities to break the ice, particularly for the newer employees. It boosts each other’s understanding of their team members, we’ve found it creates a fun level free environment for you and your workmates to connect and build stronger more rewarding relationships.
