In recognition of National Reconciliation Week (27 May – 3 June) Bowhill Engineering has recently undertaken the process of reviewing our purpose, mission and values, through this process, we are aware, as a major employer in the Murraylands area, that we have the ability to transform communities, our people and our region. #TogetherWeThrive
Having a clear understanding of who we are, what we stand for and the impact we can make as a company, Bowhill Engineering have chosen to “Be Brave, Make Change” being this year’s National Reconciliation Week Theme, a challenge to all Australians including individuals, families, communities, organisations and government.
Bowhill Engineering is taking steps embarking on our own reconciliation journey, developing a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan. We see so many opportunities where we can integrate small changes with the hope that they may become big changes for our community, people and region. We foresee our sphere of influence in creating an inclusive and diverse workforce through engagement and contribution to recruitment, apprenticeships/traineeships, work experience & education in steel career pathways with a vision to ensure Bowhill Engineering remain a socially responsible and culturally safe employer.
