Highly loaded and critical areas of this girder were classified as 1554.5 (welds subject to fatigue loading) which necessitated our workshop staff stepping up to deliver this high specification workmanship in line with the project specifications.
The girder was successfully transported to Victoria and incorporated into the overall project to deliver an important level crossing removal at the new Deer Park station.
