Bowhill successfully completed the full submersion passivation of 1,000+ super duplex S/S components for this important project. The QA requirements were stringent as traceability and safety were paramount. Full recording of each batch’s specific details were captured and submitted as a full MDR for our client. Things such as batch temperature, ferroxyl test, PH test and photographic evidence to name just a few were recorded for each batch of components.
