We are expanding our Administration team. We are looking for that star person who will WOW us with efficiency, professionalism, and ownership of this role. A minimum 2-day per week role, this role has an opportunity for an experienced person or school-based traineeship.

You’ll be cooperative, flexible, and happy in your approach to work and bring a little fun to our team. You’re efficient and we love it, like to set and achieve goals and are confident in your Microsoft Office skills to aid our greater team in clerical support – HR, Admin/Accounts, Projects, Quality & Production. This position is one you can take ownership in and/or a fantastic learning opportunity.

With the ability to work independently & as a team of two, you enjoy being challenged, are adaptable to work priority requirements and are keen to grow & learn. You work methodically to procedures being self-motivated and organised. Your strong work ethic with attention to detail will produce high-quality outcomes. You’ll be welcoming and promote a positive and memorable first impression of those visiting Bowhill Engineering.

Key tasks with training support on commencement

  • Timecard finalisation daily
  • Calendar & appointment management
  • Staff Recognition & Employee Well-being Assistance
  • General reception and administrative duties
  • Assist with training, onboard/offboard marketing
  • Company presentation

Highly Desirable Skills
• Business Administration experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
