My name is Chloe, I joined Bowhill Engineering in 2022 as a HR Assistant, in late 2023 excitingly, I moved into the role of HR Coordinator.

A little about me: I have grown up in the Mannum area for most of my life and now live in Murray Bridge with my husband and two young children. I value family foremost in my life and enjoy being an active contributor to my local community through volunteering roles.

Sport is highly valued in my household as I believe it plays a significant role in adopting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle whilst fostering crucial socialization skills. In my spare time, you will find me with my family enjoying the outdoors and making the most of what life has to offer. I believe that the secret to a happy life is making the most of every second.

What do I love most about working at Bowhill Engineering? It’s the people, the culture & the work/life balance. I love collaborating & communicating with others & this is a significant part of my role. The support & flexibility to enable me to grow & succeed whilst still being able to be present at special events with my kids is something I am grateful for.
