Through our workforce development, opportunities are considered for not only new team members but also existing team members where interest & skill development is expressed.

Bowhill Engineering offer a positive learning environment with established routines, systems, processes and procedures to ensure training is structured and supportive. Through our long term, continued Apprenticeship/Traineeship program, we have seen a wonderful support network develop.
