Shaun joined us straight from Year 11 at Karoonda Area School to start his Metal Fabrication Apprenticeship, completing his Trade Certification in 2012. Coming from a farm background Shaun has always had great practical skills.
After an initial 10 year stint with Bowhill Engineering, Shaun sought further skills moving into the Agricultural Mechanical field for 5 years before returning to Boweng in 2023.
Shaun gives great value to our current Apprentice Team in being a great go to for information and advice for our current Apprentices. To sum up Shaun – his fabrication and welding skills are exceptional and it is great to have such a Tradesman for our Apprentices to learn from. We’re so proud of the part we have played in growing Shaun’s trade skills at Boweng.
