As I have recently completed my Metal Fabrication Apprenticeship, it has been great to continue my role as to Apprentice Representative for 3rd & 4th Year Apprentices at Bowhill Engineering. A support role to our Apprentices, being a part of Bowhill Engineering’s Leaders Crop has helped me develop leadership skills and confidence during my time at Boweng. I enjoy being a voice for the Apprentices and our fortnightly Apprentice Group meetings are a great opportunity for our Apprentices to raise any questions, concerns and ideas in a safe and supportive environment. I’m passionate about developing apprentice skills, ensuring work diversity and seeing our Apprentices thrive.
