Hey, I’m Tommy, an Apprentice Representative at Boweng, where my role is to ensure I get the best out of the Apprentice crew! The culture at Boweng makes this place a positive space to be. We enjoy the work because the people we are working with are so tight-knit. Boweng has provided a supportive atmosphere and great learning opportunities, particularly when working some big jobs. I am passionate about helping those around me and genuinely enjoy seeing people thrive.

I’m an outdoors person and love getting out and away with friends and family. Many of the people at Boweng share similar interests, that’s why we have a lot of fun together.

I have enjoyed the leadership development opportunities around the Apprenticeship group having been Apprentice Team Leader and now Apprentice Rep. It’s great to see a company that looks for natural leadership abilities and seeks to develop their next leaders.
